The Coordinator of Athletic Communications, under general work direction, plans, organizes, and coordinates media relations activities; writes and distributes newsletters, brochures, and reports to television and radio stations, newspapers, and magazines; responds to various requests for team histories, photos, statistics, and related information. The position is required to abide by the rules and regulations established by Texas A&M University-San Antonio (A&M-San Antonio), the Red River Athletics Conference (RRAC), and the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA). In addition, this person must be committed to the education Mission of the University.
