USCAA

This is a 10-month, part-time, varied hours, position that assists the Head Softball Coach with all aspects of the softball program, including practice preparation and organization, a limited amount of recruiting, assisting with the day-to-day office operations and compliance with all NCAA and Ivy League rules. Required to be at all fall on-field practices and games, certain strength and conditioning sessions and all spring contests and practices. All division employees are required to demonstrate exemplary ethical conduct and conformance to NCAA rules and regulations; the duties of the position are to be performed in compliance with all NCAA, Ivy League and ECAC rules and regulations; and any rules violations on behalf of themselves or any knowledge of violations within the division
