The Assistant Track and Field Coach will partner with the Director of Cross Country + Track and Field in various areas of responsibility including the recruitment of student-athletes, meet-day organization, ordering equipment, viable fund-raising, public relations and other duties as assigned by either the Director or Director of Athletics. Additionally, there will be an expectation of teaching two Physical Education activity courses during the academic year. Full-time position. Works on an academic year schedule. Under the supervision of the Director of Cross Country + Track and Field, the Assistant Track and Field Coach is responsible for creating an overall positive and successful environment for the student-athletes of the track program. * Augustana is seeking
