St. Charles FC is looking for a qualified individual to run and administer our Juniors Academy Introductory Program. Candidates must demonstrate professionalism and be an exemplary role model. The Introductory Program Director, in many cases, will be the first point of contact for players and parents in learning about STC FC. This person will play an active role in the growth, success and impact of STC FC in the community. This is a key position that includes oversight of all facets of the Juniors Academy Introductory Program. Some of the main functions of this role are: management, marketing, administration, accounting, customer/community relations, communication, budgeting, registration, planning.
