Job Purpose: Assists the Head coach in development and administration of the NCAA Division I Volleyball Program. Including, but not limited to, coaching, program development, mentoring, recruiting, public relations, community involvement and administrative duties as assigned in compliance with all university, conference and NCAA regulations. Essential Functions Coaching Assists in providing coaching and administrative duties to support the NCAA Division I Volleyball program including: Assists in developing sport specific systems and strategies, with emphasis on tactical components and instruct student-athletes on these systems and concepts as well as rules and fundamentals of the game/event in order to develop the student-athlete and
