Position Summary Chattanooga Football Club will return the Women’s Team to the organization for 2022.  The CFC Women’s Team will be an amateur summer team initially comprised of high-level youth, amateur, and collegiate players.  The Head Coach provides leadership, direction, and oversight to the CFC Women’s Team both on and off the field as well as building the roster.  This position will understand the Club’s Mission Statement and will ensure that day-today-operations are in pursuit of the Club’s Mission Statement. This position is being considered for seasonal employment as well as a potential full-time position within the Chattanooga Football Club. Essential Functions
