Provides assistance to the Head Coach concerning recruiting activities associated with a sports program, including monitoring academic performance, social development, and overseeing the disciplne, conduct, and image of the student athlete. Coordinates mailing of recruitment materials and  recruiting information. Maintains contact with prospective student-athletes. Plans  campus visits with prospective student-athletes and their parents. Supervises and assigns responsibilities to team managers and graduate assistants if  applicable. Plans long and short term team objectives under the leadership of the head  coach. Coordinates all enrollment activities of student-athletes.
