The Assistant Athletic Director for Resource Development position is responsible for managing all annual fund efforts including solicitations, correspondence, and benefit fulfillment for Baylor Athletics. This position will work closely with other development officers to identify prospective donors, cultivate donor relationships, and solicit donations or gifts from individuals, corporations, or foundations. The Bear Foundation is the primary fundraising organization for Baylor Athletics and supports 500 plus student-athletes across all 19 intercollegiate sports. Our mission is to provide scholarship funds for Baylor's student-athletes and to support and promote the interest and welfare of Baylor Athletics.
