The Burbidge Athletics Academic Center, a department within Intercollegiate Athletics, is seeking a qualified Learning Specialist to work with women’s basketball and select Olympic sport student-athletes. Under the general supervision of the Sr. Associate AD for Academic Services, the position specializes in providing innovative learning support to identified student-athletes. In addition, the Learning Specialist is responsible for the development, implementation, and management of individualized learning plans/strategies specific to an assigned caseload of student-athletes. The Learning Specialist is challenged with maximizing the academic successes of identified student-athletes while enhancing retention and graduation rates.
