This position reports to the the Deputy Athletic Director for Compliance and Student Services and is responsible for all aspects of running a successful Division 1 Women’s Soccer program. This position includes the following responsibilities: Develop and maintain a competitive intercollegiate women’s soccer program within the Horizon League. Recruitment of student-athletes through observation of ability and talent in accordance with the rules and regulations of the NCAA, Horizon League and UW-Green Bay. Provide technical expertise and utilize sound coaching methods aimed to improving the athletic performance of student-athletes.
