To develop and manage external relations activities for the department including donor communications and stewardship, alumni and donor events, and marketing and promotions initiatives for select varsity sports. Donor Communications Works closely with varsity coaches and club sport leadership to ensure quality control and consistency with Friends Group donor communications in assigned sports by monitoring, editing, and advising on all communication channels. Manages the generation of acknowledgment letters to Friends donors in all sports, including additional letters from the Director of Athletics and Recreation to high-level givers. Manages the creation and distribution of the athletics department’s annual stewardship report for endowments and capital gifts.
