Administrative Operations Coordinator
Reporting to the Athletic Director (AD), the Administrative Operations Coordinator provides administrative support to the division’s executive leadership team and for department initiatives and strategic advancement. Job Summary: Manages athletic administration office operations and procedures: Manages calendar, appointments, travel details and communications of executive team; coordinates special events and meetings; drafts and manages correspondence and communications to division; compiles and maintains reports and records; conducts research and gathers information prior to meetings and events; provides clerical support for executive leadership team; manages complex, highly sensitive and confidential information related to athletic department operations.
