The Graduate Assistant Men's and Women's Tennis Coach will be responsible for assisting the Head Coach in all aspects of the tennis programs. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

•Identification and recruitment of potential student-athletes;

•Practice planning and match preparation during both the traditional and nontraditional seasons;

•Assisting with the management of equipment, budgeting, alumni relations, and fundraising;

This position includes a stipend, full tuition remission, campus housing, and a meal plan. The successful candidate must demonstrate excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills including the ability to interact and communicate effectively with a wide variety of individuals. Must be highly motivated with a high level of tactical knowledge, organizational abilities and professionalism.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required; acceptance to a DeSales University graduate program required; collegiate playing experience required; strong recruiting, teaching and coaching skills required; high school and/or collegiate coaching experience preferred; attention to NCAA rules and regulations required.
