New are looking for the right person to start up a tennis program on our growing campus. The candidate would be a person who shares our faith and passion for education and sports. The candidate would be the type of coach that leads by example and expects a high degree of performance in every domain of the student's lives. Our on campus resources for tennis are virtually non-existent. We have old courts that could be reconstituted, and new courts coming as a part of a campus expansion in our sports complex. That is the bad news. The good news is, there are courts scattered around the community. The resilient, find a way, get it done mentality is needed. We are looking for leaders who have resolve, resourcefulness, and a sense of innovation. We are not everyone's cup of tea. You would be building the program from scratch. It will be challenging.

Zeal, passion, spirit of cooperation, resolve, can do attitude, and not a whiner or complainer.  

Obviously, and history with, and love of the game of tennis, with a solid coaching history.
