The South Mississippi Soccer Club is seeking a full time Director of Player Development for the U9-U12 age groups.  The successful candidate will have a minimum USSF C license or USC Advanced National Diploma (or equivalent) and have experience at a club level.  Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.  Candidate must be comfortable managing academy style programming and be committed to growing an advanced player development environment.  Duties will include technical oversight of teams, coach and staff development, seasonal planning, input on staffing, and active training responsibilities.  Contracted salary range of $32,000 - $36,000 (dependent upon experience and credentials).
