Complete Job Description: Under the general direction of the Director of Athletics, the Head Men's Basketball Coach will be responsible for all aspects of the men's basketball program. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to coaching, recruiting, scheduling, budget management, and the overall administration of the men's basketball program. Credentials should reflect proven success in coaching, recruiting, and working with student-athletes. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and 3-5 successful head or assistant coach at the collegiate level or as a head coach at the high school level; prior successful collegiate coaching experience preferred with National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) coaching experience is a plus.
