Position Purpose Under the guidance and direction of the Manager of Compliance & Data, the Compliance Associate assists with the execution of the following areas: responding to basic compliance and eligibility questions via email and telephone; initiating and processing athletic team audits; drafting member communications; processing ejection reports and Noncollegial incidents; assist in managing the NJCAA Admin Portal; and supporting the Manager of Compliance & Data in other areas as needed.
