The successful candidate is responsible for effectively directing and administering all aspects of the women’s ice hockey program with particular emphasis on recruiting, monitoring academic progress, individual skill development, budget management and staff supervision. The head women’s ice hockey coach is actively involved in community service activities and alumni events.

A Bachelor’s degree is required, Master’s degree preferred. The ideal candidate must have significant knowledge of and proven success in coaching ice hockey preferably at the collegiate level. Demonstrated knowledge of NCAA and conference rules is required.
