Coaching duties include:

• Assigned Coaching Responsibilities for a minimum of 2 teams
• Directly responsible for developing and managing all youth players and assigned teams
• Recruitment, selection, guidance, development and evaluation of youth soccer players
• Develop and implement periodization plan for assigned teams
• Design and implement training sessions and activities for assigned teams utilizing the TFC methodology, game model and core curriculum
• Other duties as assigned or required by General Manager

Administrative duties:

• Directly responsible for working with General Manager on player development plans
• Proper and timely communication with parents, coaches and all other key stakeholders
• Attendance at all relevant meetings and conferences pertaining to MLS NEXT program
• Session Planning for all scheduled practice sessions as Lead Coach, in line with
• organization procedures and methodology
• Develop Recruitment strategy in partnership with General Manager and TFC coaching staff, and ensure successful execution of said strategy
• Build, maintain and grow positive relationships and ensure open communication with BOD, GM, parents, players, and community at large
• Provide semi-annual written evaluations to parents / players for assigned teams
• Hold seasonal Individual Development Plan meetings with players to provide feedback and set (in partnership with players) achievable goals across plan period
• Other duties as assigned or required by General Manager

• Soccer coaching experience at a high level in academy soccer, ideally at the Professional Academy or MLS NEXT Elite Academy level
• Minimum USSF B Coaching License (or foreign equivalent)
• Willing and able to work evenings, weekends and regularly travel to out of town games and tournaments
• Exceptional communication skills
• Must have a safe and reliable car, valid license, car insurance and clean driving record
