Promote an atmosphere of compliance where all policies and procedures of the Department and University, as well as rules and regulations of the SEC, NCAA and other authorities that may legitimately influence the intercollegiate athletics program are adhered to and enforced. Assist in coaching, scouting and recruitment of student-athletes, to include evaluating their performance in both practice and competition and providing leadership and instruction in areas of deficiencies, as required. Assist with the development of schedules for practice and competition and assist in the planning and administering of the off-season training program.
