Defiance College, an NCAA D-III institution and member of the HCAC, seeks applications for an individual to serve as Assistant Women’s Soccer Coach for an August 1, 2022 start date. Under the direction of the Head Coach, responsibilities will include coaching, recruiting, fund raising, strength & conditioning, developing annual service/engagement projects for student-athletes, practice planning and preparation, scheduling, assisting head coach in all phases of student-athlete mentoring and evaluation, academic monitoring, and other duties as assigned. The successful candidate will also be responsible for supporting the mission of Defiance College, as well as adherence to institutional, Heartland Conference, and NCAA policies and procedures.
