The Department of Athletics at Texas State University is now accepting applications for the position of Business Operations Coordinator. The position will assist with duties related to the overall operations of the athletics business office, including procurement, travel, accounts payable and personnel actions to support the overall mission of the department. Responsibilities include: prepare invoices for payment; reconcile payments to the university financial system; create and process requisitions and purchase orders; assist with the procurement card program; assist with the student and temporary employment program; make reservations and process individual travel paperwork; assist with team travel management; maintain positive relationship with vendors and university accounti
