Coaching/Mentoring Plans, organizes and conducts individual and team practices, training and competitions. Teaches and implements skills and strategies. Sets and communicates appropriate goals and expectations for individuals and team. Maintains team discipline and the highest standards of ethics and sportsmanship. Meets competitive goals for program. Demonstrates a sincere interest in the academic, personal, and physical welfare of each student-athlete; counsels team members and consults with appropriate College staff as necessary for resolution of issues.
