Position Summary: Assists with the coaching and administrative duties of the NCAA Division I swimming program. Primary function is the proper instruction and teaching of the fundamentals of the sport assigned. Secondary responsibilities include recruiting prospective student-athletes as well as monitoring the current student-athletes. Other duties will include sport camp involvements as well as certain NCAA duties. Essential Functions: 1.
