SUMMARY: The Director of Ticketing and Premium Seating is a full-time position that is primarily responsible for running the daily ticketing operations including receiving in-bound calls, in-person inquiries, and providing general ticket services to the University’s fan base. This position will also be responsible for premium seat ticket sales within the available hospitality/premium seating areas for football, men’s basketball and men’s lacrosse. This position is also responsible for certain group sales and retention of season ticket holders by providing stewardship services throughout the entire year.
