East Tennessee State University, located in Johnson City, TN and a member of the Southern Conference, is currently accepting applications for the position of Athletic Trainer. This is a 12 month position with benefits. The selected candidate will assist the Director of Sports Medicine with the care of intercollegiate student-athletes. In particular, this position will be responsible for direct care for athletic team activities, including but not limited to: - Prevention, practice/event coverage, injury evaluation, physician referral, medical appointments, treatment and rehabilitation and team travel. - Assist with athletic training services to physician and physical therapist within the BucSports Athletic Medicine Center. - Activate the Emergency Action Plan for sport
