Malone University is seeking a qualified head coach to provide leadership for the swim and dive program. The head coach will administer and direct all aspects of the program in accordance with University, NCAA and Conference by-laws and guidelines. Responsibilities include, successful recruitment, development and retention of student-athletes, fiscal management, fundraising, scheduling, community engagement and team travel, Direct all phases of the specified Malone University athletic team. Maintain the agreed upon minimum Roster/Squad size and scholarship budget. Organize team meetings and communication. Develop coaching philosophy statement and ministry plan for the program.
