Eastern Connecticut State University is accepting applications for the position of Head Women’s Lacrosse Coach. This is a full-time, 10-month position, and the coach will have a second responsibility within the Department of Athletics, currently as an event manager. The Head Coach will be responsible for the leadership and oversight of a program focused on excellence at the national level. Candidates should have a proven ability to develop a highly competitive women’s lacrosse program, with a strong commitment to the student-athlete experience. Specific duties will include, but are not limited to: recruiting and retention of student-athletes, practice and game preparation and coaching, supervision of part-time assistant coaches, and fundraising to provide for team opportunitie
