The Director of Women’s Rowing Operations at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill will assist the Head Coach of Women’s Rowing in all facets of administering and operating a Division I, Power Five, Atlantic Coast Conference women’s rowing program. This position will assist the Head Coach with the program’s annual budget preparation, with particular emphasis on the responsibility of developing and monitoring the program’s equipment budget. This position will be responsible to ensure the appropriate development, management, and maintenance of the program’s facilities and equipment, including the management and operation of both the program’s launches, the shells’ rigging, and transportation of equipment to competitions. This position will be responsible for coordinating and commun
