* Responsibilities: Northern State is accepting applications for a full-time assistant football coach, serving as the offensive coordinator. Primary duties include coaching the offensive team, conducting daily offensive meetings, planning and coordinating individual and offensive group practice drills, identifying and diagramming opponent’s plays, overseeing the academic progress of the offensive players and scripting practice plans. Position will have a full-time recruiting area, experience in recruiting on and off-campus is preferred and will be a major part of the position. Preferred candidate will have experience with video editing, graphic design, and creating/managing new technology (e.g., social media, video highlights) for recruiting and promotion of football program.
