The Assistant Coach is responsible for, but not limited to, Fall and Spring scheduling, managing apparel and equipment, travel logistics, video analysis and breakdown, alumni relations and organization of alumni events, all aspects of recruiting, on field coaching and training preparation for games and practices. Recruiting prospective student-athletes is an essential element of the Assistant’s responsibility. Development and coordination of a recruiting network is an ongoing activity requiring travel throughout the United States during the entire year. The Assistant Coach will use discretion and personal judgment in the assessment of talent and recommendation for scholarship assistance.
