The position is responsible for assisting with the operation of the Women’s Volleyball program in areas relating to practice and competition preparation, statistics and scouting, video exchange, team travel, NCAA compliance, assisting with external relations as it relates to the sport. COACHING: Provide direction, training and motivation to prepare student-athletes for practices and games. Duties include on-court coaching, recording & analyzing performance data/statistics, assist in team travel, scouting and video exchange. Datavolley experience preferred. A demonstrated ability to teach the techniques related to competitive volleyball and strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are recommended.
