Reporting to the Associate Athletic Director for Event and Facility Operations, this position will be responsible for: Developing operational policies and procedures which will guide the support staff in the care of grounds, buildings, structures and related equipment. Establish long range operational goals and objectives. Develop, direct and coordinate all programs related to the construction and maintenance of all turf-grass competition surfaces. Inspect grounds daily to determine needed maintenance and/or repairs. Discuss and coordinate maintenance/repair schedules with appropriate coaching staffs. Manage and supervise assigned operations to achieve goals within available resources; plans and organizes workload and staff assignments and provides necessary supervision, direction
