Auburn University Athletics, a member of the Southeastern Conference, invites applications for one Ticket Operations & Sales graduate assistant position to begin in July 2022. Opportunities and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: •Becoming proficient in Paciolan ticketing system including building, selling, managing inventory, online sales, promotions, communications and working with other departments such as marketing and communications to sell and promote assigned sport. •Utilization of Salesforce CRM and our partnerships with FEVO, VetTix, and StubHub to ensure our tickets are distributed in many different ways. •Provide excellent customer service to our fans, donors, students, and outside entities. •Responsible for working each home foot
