ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Fellows will be required to complete educational modules as part of a comprehensive professional and personal development curriculum. Fellows will rotate within the Hopkins Athletics department, spending time with multiple coaching and support staffs, each of whom will mentor the Fellow in a specific facet of team or program administration. All experiences will be “hands-on” and facilitated by a head coach and/or department administrator. Fellows should expect to spend up to 20 hours/week engaged in programming, which will include attending practices, competitions, and meetings.
