Under supervision of the Director of Athletics, responsible for all facets of the Men’s and Women’s Cross Country and Track & Field programs. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for recruiting, which includes all aspects of recruiting: telephone calls, visits to high school competitions, mailings, educating recruits concerning NCAA rules and the Clearinghouse regulations, playing host to recruits and families on campus visits and arranging campus visits. Responsible for attending monthly staff meetings, compliance meetings and committee meetings, as required.
