The Head Women’s Swimming Coach/Equipment Room Director/Aquatics Director will serve as the head coach of the women’s swimming and diving program. The position performs all of the duties associated with being the Head Coach including managing swim meets and practices, recruitment, fundraising, retention, budget management, supervision and mentoring of student-athletes, scheduling, etc. Manage equipment room operations the department. Perform Aquatics Director functions. Serve as an athletic administrator on duty at home events in the spring.
