Assures compliance with all NCAA and Peach Belt Conference rules and regulations; instruction of skill and team strategy; encourages academic achievement of student-athletes; creates an environment that promotes compliance, sportsmanship and civility and oversees all administrative functions of the program.
Responsibilities •Main responsibilities include instructing and teaching the skills and strategy of the sport •Assist in recruiting of new prospective student-athletes •Assist in monitoring of academic progress of student-athletes •Assist in fundraising and community service efforts •Assist in team travel arrangements •Compliance with all NCAA, Conference and Young Harris College rules and policies •Other duties as assigned by the Head Coach
