Under the supervision of the Head Women’s Track & Field/Cross Country Coach, assist with the responsibilities of a Division I Women’s Track & Field/Cross Country program in accordance with NCAA, Pac-12, and University of Utah regulations.
Responsibilities will include design and conducting practices, recruiting qualified student-athletes, traveling to competitions and recruiting events, home competition management, facility management, and other administrative duties as assigned by the Head Coach.

Job Title will be subject to negotiation based on experience
Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum two years as a collegiate coach and recruiter with an emphasis in sprints, hurdles, jumps and/or multi events preferred. Knowledge of NCAA rules required. Candidates must be able to work with a diverse group of student-athletes, coaches, and administrators. Candidates must also be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and be able to travel as assigned by the Head Coach.
