About the Programs: The Northwestern State athletic teams go by the Demons. The university is a member of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) and competes in the Southland Conference at the NCAA Division I level. Northwestern State sponsors 12 varsity athletic teams, five men's teams and seven women's teams.
Job Summary/Essential Functions: These positions are housed in the athletic department and will report to the Head Women's Soccer Coach. The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: training, monitoring, and assisting in recruiting, managing academic progress, game day operations, and general administrative duties as assigned. These positions will work closely with the women’s soccer staff and other relevant constituent groups. Duties must be completed while adhering to all University, Soutland Conference, and NCAA rules and regulations.
Work Schedule: Work schedule will be non-traditional in nature, evenings and weekend work will be required. Travel will be required for team competition and recruiting.
