The Naval Academy Athletic Association (NAAA) seeks applications for an Assistant Director of Ticket Sales to work in the Athletics Ticket Office. This is a full-time position, with a base salary, commission incentive and a comprehensive benefits package. The successful candidate will be expected to generate revenue through Ticket Sales and Blue-N*-Gold memberships, in addition to creating new revenue opportunities and building relationships through the NAAA network with the objective of achieving and exceeding season and yearly revenue goals established by management. The ideal candidate will be a passionate, energetic, motivated, and service-oriented sales associate with Paciolan, Salesforce, and professional or collegiate inside sales experience.
