Lafayette College is seeking a full time Assistant Men’s and Women’s Swimming Coach, whose primary responsibility is assisting in the coaching of Division I student-athletes as follows: Recruiting and assessment of qualified student-athletes. Assist in the organization and planning of all practice sessions and home contests. Assist in advising student-athletes. Possess knowledge of rules and regulations of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), and the Patriot League, and any conference of which Lafayette is a member. Assist in all fundraising and development activities. Assist in continued development of positive public relations with community and local high schools. Performance of all other duties and special projects as assigned by the Athletic Administration and the Head Swimming Coach.
•Bachelor’s degree required. •Possess knowledge of NCAA, ECAC, and Patriot League rules and regulations.
