The Ohio State University Department of Athletics is seeking a Director of Operations for Men's Lacrosse. The successful candidate will assist coaching staff in all aspects of managing office and all logistical and operational needs. Needs include, but are not limited to: travel, scheduling, equipment management, camp operations, film/video collection and analysis and administrative duties. Also assists Head Coaches in budget development and oversees purchasing and expenses. Coordinates correspondence for the programs related to recruiting and public relations. Serves as liaison for the programs with departmental and campus offices, booster and charity organizations and alumni needs. Coordinates special events and community involvement. Create social media calendar for team accounts and assist in creation of content.
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience; experience with NCAA and Big Ten rules and policies. Experience in a Division I lacrosse program required. Candidate must have exceptional organizational, customer service and communication skills.
