The Club Administrator, as a full-time position for Webster Soccer Association (dba Lakefront Soccer Club), shall:
Recruit, direct and supervise the staff in consultation with BOD.
Develop, operate, and oversee all club employees.
Assist the Board of Directors in planning the future direction and structure of the club along with promoting the interest of the club at all times.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Acting as the first line of contact to visitors, parents, coaches, etc
Communicate with soccer community (parents, players, other clubs & organizations)
Work with club, school district and town personnel.
Represent the WSA (Lakefront SC) at functions, meetings, and events as directed by Board of Directors.
Maintain and implement a written Policy & Procedure Manual for all programs.
Player /Staff/Volunteer Records and Registration
Maintain records and registration of all players for all programs with in the club’s registration system and the NYSW registration system
Create and maintain league rosters within the clubs registration system and the NYSW registration system
Create and maintain player passes for leagues (Thruway, RDYSL, MURSL) and tournaments
Train and support all managers for the Premier and Travel teams
Facilitate manager training and meetings to support managers completing their required tasks
Hold meetings to train and go over what is expected and deadlines of required tasks
Provide documentation on and off-line for easy access
Order stock for and create/distribute team medical kits
Monitor and support all team documentation needed - ie> Proof of birth, Player pass photos, Medical Forms, etc…
Maintain Lakefront Soccer Clubs website and broadcast emails
Provide an annual assessment for all programs to Board of Directors.
Function as Tournament Director for Lakefront Classic Showcase Tournament
Submit reports and attend monthly board meetings.
Communicate with Club President, Office Administrator, DOS and other board members, as needed.
Provide support and help to BOD and DOS to improve club environment.
Conduct and implement annual evaluations of facilities staff.
Provide annual evaluations of staff to the WSA BOD
Excellent verbal/written communication and dispute resolution skills.

Demonstrates ability to relate to and motivate staff.
Ability to develop and execute a long-term vision for a growing soccer club
Committed to working a nontraditional work schedule.

About Lakefront Soccer Club
Lakefront Soccer Club is one of the largest youth soccer organizations in New York that owns its own indoor soccer facility. The Lakefront Indoor Complex, located at 865 Publishers Pkwy, has a 40x70 yard artificial surface, plus a viewing deck, office, team rooms, and classroom.
Lakefront Soccer Club has also added Lakefront Park, located at 1645 Boulter Industrial Pkwy, which boasts 9 grass fields to add to their other 12 outdoor soccer fields including the full-size Boulter Championship Field (a lighted field featuring an irrigation/drainage system, bleachers, press box, and concession stand) and the beautifully pitched and maintained Basket Road fields.
Numerous Lakefront Soccer Club coaches are licensed by USSF/USYSA.
