James Madison University, a Division I member of the NCAA and Colonial Athletic Association, the Duke Club is seeking a Development Officer to work within a highly competitive program. This is a full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package. • Fundraising for JMU Athletics (Duke Club) • Sourcing new Duke Club donors • Stewarding new Duke Club donors • Actively manage a donor portfolio • Work collaboratively with other athletic and university fundraisers • Participate in season ticket campaigns for all applicable sports • Fundraising liaison for multiple sports • Ensuring compliance with all relevant institutional, conference and NCAA rules and regulations Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree • Fundraising/Sales experience or 2+ years of work experience Preferred Qualifications: • Master’s degree • Athletics experience To apply go to https://joblink.jmu.edu/postings/9224 or visit JobLink.jmu.edu and reference posting number F1629.
