Directly Manages: All Boys/Girls Head Coaches and Auxiliary Staff (Goalkeeping)
To Head Coach 2xTeams
To oversee the college recruitment process for players
To manage and provide ongoing educational support to players and staff coaches.
To provide insight into the philosophical direction of the club both on and off the field
The candidate is eligible to work in the US.
USSF B Youth License or Equivalent
Degree in a related field (Coaching, Teaching/Education, Sports Science, Sports Studies, Sport Management, etc)
A strong history of overseeing collegiate recruitment/understanding of the collegiate game
Skilled with Microsoft Office
NCAA Coaching Experience
US Soccer Experience
Masters Degree in related field
Strong playing background
Displays a passion for working within youth soccer and with both coaches and players to develop them to their fullest potential
Displays the ambition and courage to redefine the youth soccer landscape
Has a desire to develop their own knowledge, skills, and capability to be at the forefront of both player and coach development
