Rush Soccer is currently looking for a Futsal Program Manager to join our team of dedicated professionals driving the organization to the next level. Our Futsal Program Manager is a new position and will be instrumental in furthering Rush Soccer’s player development approach. This position will contribute to the design of a project plan for the implementation of futsal programs at the local club level and the development of a national/international Rush Futsal tournament system. The Futsal Program Manager will be responsible for executing and monitoring the development of this plan and provide futsal education opportunities for players and coaches.
This position requires an enthusiastic, outgoing individual with a passion for organizing events, setting up programs, and with an extensive background in soccer and futsal. This position requires a strong belief in Rush Soccer’s Player Development Approach and the desire of acting as an ambassador of it.
The Futsal Program Manager must be self-motivated, result oriented, creative, and able to problem solve. The Futsal Program Manager will work with various departments of Rush Soccer, including Coach & Player Development, Marketing, Rush Tournaments, and Rush Select as well as external vendors for tournaments and local club staff. The Futsal Program Manager must have an understanding of conducting a successful tournament including but not limited to the budget/finances, scheduling, advertising, organizing, marketing and the latest trends to run a successful tournament.

A minimum of 5-7 years experience in the soccer industry is required with 3 years in Futsal program management. Experience as a futsal player is highly desirable but not required.
