Design, coordinate and implement strength and conditioning programs for Women’s Basketball student-athletes and other sports as needed. Administer strength testing and coordinate records and data. Many sport practices require work on weekends, holidays, and long hours.
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree plus two (2) years’ of experience required in progressively responsible positions that involved development and management of sport-specific individual or group performance training programs. Working knowledge of Microsoft applications. Strong knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations is required. All applicants must possess a CSCS certification with intent to complete RSCC within a predetermined time frame. Preferred Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have a Master’s Degree.
