•Responsible for sale of season, group, and single game tickets, as well as mini-plans and premium seating to all ticketed sports including, but not limited to, Football, Men’s Ice Hockey, and Men’s and Women’s Basketball.
•Utilize various sales strategies including phone calls, in-person meetings, and email marketing.
•Demonstrate a superior level of customer service.
•Meet and exceed sales goals set by the Assistant AD – Ticket Sales & Operations.
•Work all home Football and Men’s Ice Hockey games as well as assigned Men’s and Women’s Basketball games.
•Assist in the design and implementation of comprehensive season and single game ticket sales strategies. Support advertising and marketing in these areas.
•Provide support to Athletic Development staff in sales and game day management of premium seating areas.
•Assist with ticket operations duties including ticket system and website function, game day staffing, and customer data management.
•Assist in distribution of complimentary ticket requests in coordination with Compliance Office to ensure all NCAA, Conference, and University rules are followed.
Bachelor’s degree required.
A minimum of one year experience working in an athletic department required.
Experience with ticketing software and track record of sales success required.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations as it pertains to athletic ticket sales preferred.
Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment and initiative while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
Ability to travel (normally requiring a valid driver's license & personal vehicle).
