Reporting to the Director of Athletics, the Head Women’s Tennis Coach is responsible for directing all facets of an NCAA Division II women’s program including, but not limited to: the recruitment, training and development of quality student-athletes, organization and planning of all practices, match preparation and coaching, budget and scholarship management, program fundraising activities and monitoring the academic progress of student athletes. The selected candidate must also follow all university policies and procedures in addition to rules and bylaws of the NCAA and the Great American Conference.
Experience as a collegiate tennis coach and record of successful collegiate coaching is preferred.
